Defeat a World Boss

Some enemies are much stronger than their weaker counterparts. You can identify these by the markings around their health bar.

Find and open a Legendary Chest
You may find legendary chests in the Isle of Siptah Vaults, or near the Black Tower. Use Skeleton Keys gathered from strong enemies to unlock these chests and loot their contents.
