Steps
1	Unlock the Bedshaper Knowledge No home is complete without a bed. Unlock Bedshaper from the Knowledge menu. You can access the Knowledge window by pressing ToggleRecipeInventory. knowledge 5 XP Requires: Bedshaper knowledge
2	Place a bed and bind to it Beds allow you to have a second point of return should you get vanquished while adventuring. You can have multiple beds, although you can only bind to one bed at a time. Doing so gives you the option to return to your bed or bedroll separately after dying. 3	Unlock the Torch Bearer Knowledge Torches and lanterns help combat the darkness during night-time. Torches and lanterns can be turned off by interacting with them. Unlock Torch Bearer from the Knowledge menu. You can access the Knowledge window by pressing ToggleRecipeInventory. knowledge 100 XP Requires: Torchbearer knowledge
4	Use a light source Place or wield a torch. craft 150 XP Requires: legacy_triggerUseATorch
5	Unlock the Furniture Maker Knowledge You can decorate your home with functional furniture or décor to make it suit your preferences. Unlock Furniture Maker from the Knowledge menu. knowledge 200 XP Requires: Furniture Maker knowledge
6	Access or Place an Artisan Table Artisan Tables are needed to build some decorative items. By placing a thrall in the table, you further increase the efficiency of the Artisan Table. You can place an Artisan Table by using the Construction Hammer. craft 250 XP Requires: legacy_triggerArtisanTable
7	Craft a table Tables can be placed as décor, or to increase the placement possibilities of other objects. No true home is without a table. craft \| auto-completes from inventory 375 XP Requires: legacy_triggerCraftTable
8	Craft a chair Some objects, such as Chairs, can be interacted with once placed. Sitting in a chair and taking a load off and just enjoying the serene environment can be reward enough sometimes. craft \| auto-completes from inventory 500 XP Requires: legacy_triggerCraftChair
